Working with Family Offices and Private Offices

A significant share of what we arrange reaches us through family offices, private offices and the assistants who run a principal's diary. The brief is rarely a list of names. It is usually a date, a person, a passion, and a standard that has to be met without fuss.

We have worked this way since 2016. One point of contact, a confidential brief, and an arrangement that is complete before it ever reaches the principal.

How We Work With Private Offices

  • One point of contact: the same person from the first brief to the day itself, so nothing is repeated and nothing is lost between hands
  • Confidential by default: NDAs are standard, and we do not need the principal named to begin
  • A proposal, not a catalogue: a small number of considered options, shaped to the person and the occasion
  • Settled before it is presented: date, venue, travel, dietary detail and logistics confirmed, so the brief lands finished

What Private Offices Ask Us For

Discretion Is the Whole Point

A few of our experiences are shared on our pages. Most of what we arrange stays private.

That is not a marketing line. It is the reason private offices come back. Briefs stay confidential, arrangements are not discussed elsewhere, and nothing appears anywhere without the client asking for it.

Fees and What to Expect

Experiences with a Michelin star chef begin at around £20,000, and the range above that depends on the person, the format and the date. We will give you a clear figure early, before anyone's time is committed, so a proposal can be put in front of a principal with the number already settled.

Begin a Confidential Conversation

Tell us the occasion, the date, and something about the person it is for. We will come back with options and a figure, in confidence and without obligation: start a confidential enquiry.

Common Questions from Private Offices

Do you work directly with family offices and private assistants?

Yes. A large share of what we arrange comes through family offices, private offices and principals' assistants. We are used to working to a brief that cannot be discussed openly, with a single point of contact throughout.

Do we need to name the principal?

No. We can shape a proposal from the occasion, the date and the interests alone. Names are shared only when, and if, you choose to share them.

How much notice do you need?

The earlier the better, particularly for sought-after people and for dates in the season. A few months gives the widest choice, though we can move quickly when availability allows.

Can you work under an NDA?

Yes. NDAs are standard on our arrangements, and we are glad to work under yours instead.

Can you arrange experiences outside the UK?

Yes. Most of what we arrange takes place in the UK and Europe, and we regularly arrange experiences in the Middle East. Tell us where the occasion is and we will tell you honestly what is workable for that location and date.

What does an experience cost?

It depends entirely on the person, the format and the date. Experiences with a Michelin star chef begin at around £20,000. We give a clear figure early, so there are no surprises when it reaches the principal.

Who will we deal with day to day?

One person, from the first brief to the day itself. That is deliberate. It is how briefs stay confidential and how detail does not get lost between hands.
