What counts as celebrity corporate entertainment?
Anything that puts a famous name at the heart of your event: a legend hosting your awards, a celebrated chef cooking for clients, a star keynote, a private performance or a team day coached by a champion. If it entertains a corporate audience, we can put a celebrity in it.
How does the booking process work?
Tell us your objectives, audience and budget. We come back with a considered shortlist, check availability, negotiate the fee, handle contracts and NDAs, and coordinate the day itself.
How much does a corporate celebrity booking cost?
Fees typically start from £20,000 and rise to six figures for global icons, depending on talent, format, location and usage rights.
How far in advance should we plan?
Eight to twelve weeks for leading names, and earlier for December dates. Shorter timelines are often possible, so it is always worth asking.
Can bookings remain confidential?
Yes. NDAs are standard, and many of our engagements are never publicised.
Do you work with companies outside the UK?
Yes, we arrange corporate experiences across the UK and Europe, and further afield by arrangement.
Can we use the appearance in our marketing?
Only where usage rights are agreed in advance. Photography, filming, social posts and press coverage are negotiated as part of the booking and priced accordingly.
What is included in the fee?
A performance or appearance fee, plus travel, accommodation and hospitality where required. Every cost is set out in writing before you commit, so there are no surprises.
Do you handle contracts, riders and insurance?
Yes. Contracts, riders, insurance requirements and technical specifications are managed for you as part of the service.
Can you arrange entertainment for a virtual or hybrid event?
Yes. Hosted virtual and hybrid formats work well for distributed teams, from private masterclasses to keynote sessions delivered live.
What happens if the talent has to withdraw?
Contracts cover illness and force majeure, and we hold reserve options wherever a date is critical, so a replacement can be confirmed quickly.
Can you work to a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the budget and we will show you honestly what is achievable within it, rather than working towards a figure the booking cannot support.
