- The format: cooking a full dinner takes more of the chef’s time than hosting, demonstrating or answering questions, and a day with several sessions costs more than a single appearance
- Guest count: a tasting menu for twelve is cooked by the chef and a small team, while a room of several hundred means working with the venue’s kitchen and a larger team
- Location and travel: London bookings carry little or no travel, while country houses, Scotland and dates abroad add travel, accommodation and planning time
- Filming and usage: if the event is filmed, photographed or used in marketing, the usage is licensed separately from the appearance, by territory, channel and duration

What the Fee Includes

Nothing is added afterwards.
