Hire A Tennis Champion
Grand Slam winners and former world number ones, for corporate events, private lessons and hospitality at the great tournaments. A guest whose stories carry from Centre Court to your table.
Hire a Wimbledon Champion
A Wimbledon champion is one of the most recognised figures in sport, and one of the most compelling guests an event can have. We arrange Grand Slam winners, former world number ones, Davis Cup names and the commentators your guests know from television for corporate events, private tennis lessons, hospitality at the big tournaments, after-dinner speaking and brand campaigns across the United Kingdom and Europe, discreetly and through one point of contact.
In plain terms: hiring a Wimbledon champion or famous tennis player starts from £20,000, and a name is usually confirmed within two to three weeks of your first call. This is the tier that has lifted a Grand Slam trophy, not a coaching professional with a good backhand.
Tennis Players for Hire: Every Format
- Private tennis lesson: an hour or a morning on court with a champion, for a serious player, a family or a small group of clients
- Exhibition match: a famous name playing your guests or each other at your club, your event or a private court
- After-dinner speaker: the pressure of Centre Court, the rivalries and a question session for dinners and awards nights
- Personal appearance: a tennis legend joining your dinner, launch or party to meet guests and pose for photographs
- Tournament hospitality: a champion joining your guests at Wimbledon, the Tour finals or a Grand Slam, explaining the match as it happens
Whether you want a tennis star for a single lesson or as the centre of a whole hospitality day, we arrange the right name for the audience and the occasion. Corporate briefs run through our corporate celebrity experiences service, and hospitality formats are covered in our guide to celebrity corporate hospitality.
What It Costs to Hire a Tennis Star
Fees follow the player’s profile, the format and the time spent with your guests. A respected former tour player appearing for an evening sits at the lower end of the range; a multiple Grand Slam winner sits at the upper end, and global icons go beyond it. Travel, accommodation and any filming or usage rights are set out separately and in writing before you commit. Our celebrity hire price guide shows where every category falls, and our cost to hire a professional tennis player guide goes into the detail for tennis.
How to Book a Tennis Player Through Us
- Tell us the occasion: the date, the venue or court, the guests and what you want the player to do
- Receive a shortlist: names who are genuinely available for your date, with a note on what each would bring
- We make the introduction: the fee negotiation and the contract are handled for you
- Brief the day: a planning call so the lesson, the match or the speech is built around your guests
- We manage the day: timings, travel, security and the running order, with one point of contact throughout
Matching the Player to the Occasion
A private lesson for a keen club player wants a champion who loves to coach; a corporate dinner wants the storyteller who can hold a room of two hundred; a brand launch wants the name with the broadest recognition. Availability moves with the tour calendar and broadcasting commitments, so we ask about the guests, the tone and the date before we suggest anyone. Our most requested tennis players for private events guide gives a sense of who clients ask for, and our how to book a famous tennis player guide walks through the process step by step.

Hire a Wimbledon Champion for Your Event: Common Questions
How much does it cost to hire a tennis star?
Famous tennis players arranged through us start from £20,000. Personal appearances, private lessons and hospitality days start from £20,000, and multiple Grand Slam winners command more. The fee moves with the player’s profile, the format, the location and whether any filming or usage is attached. Every quote is prepared individually and set out in full before you commit; our celebrity hire price guide covers the ranges in more detail.
How do I hire a Wimbledon champion for an event?
Tell us the date, the venue, the audience and what you want the player to do. We come back with a shortlist of players who are genuinely available, make the introduction and negotiate the fee on your behalf, then manage the brief, the contract and the day itself. You are under no obligation at the shortlist stage.
Which tennis players can I hire?
We arrange Grand Slam champions, former world number ones, Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup players, and the commentators and pundits your guests know from television. Because every experience is arranged privately we do not publish names; once we understand the occasion we make specific recommendations.
Can I have a tennis lesson with a famous player?
Yes. A private lesson or a morning clinic with a champion, at your own club or a private court, is one of the most requested experiences we arrange, for serious players, families and small groups of clients.
Can a tennis champion speak at a corporate event?
Yes. The pressure of Centre Court, the rivalries and a hosted question session work well at conferences, awards nights and corporate dinners, and we brief the speaker on your audience beforehand.
Can I book a current player or only retired champions?
Both. Retired champions have far more availability; current players are possible outside the tournament calendar, and their tour commitments always come first.
How far in advance should I book?
Three to six months gives the widest choice, and dates around Wimbledon and the other Grand Slams are settled early. A name is usually confirmed within two to three weeks of your first call once the brief is agreed.
Do you arrange hospitality at Wimbledon and other tournaments?
Yes. A champion joining your guests at Wimbledon or another Grand Slam, explaining the match as it happens, is covered in our guide to celebrity corporate hospitality.
Can a tennis player appear virtually?
Yes. A hosted question session or short talk over video works well for distributed teams and international audiences; see our virtual celebrity experiences for how those are arranged.
Will the booking stay private?
Yes. Discretion is standard, non disclosure agreements are arranged wherever they are wanted, and nothing is published or promoted without your permission.
