Hire a Celebrity Singer
Celebrated singers performing at milestone occasions, launches and candlelit dinners. Artists who fill arenas, heard in the intimacy of a room arranged for the people you invite.
Hire a Celebrity Singer
Not all performances are created equal. The celebrity singers we arrange have graced the stages of royal receptions, luxury venues and international awards shows, but it is within the intimacy of a private event that their artistry truly resonates. Whether you wish to hire a celebrity singer for a milestone occasion, a high-profile launch or a candlelit private dinner, their presence makes the evening unforgettable. This is not background music; it is a celebrity experience arranged for the few, not the many.
In plain terms: hiring a celebrity singer through us starts from £20,000, and a name is usually confirmed within two to three weeks of your first call. Global chart names sit above that, and every quote is prepared individually.
Hire a Singer for a Party, a Wedding or a Launch
- Private parties and milestone birthdays: a headline set in your home, a marquee or a hired venue, or a surprise appearance at the right moment
- Weddings and anniversaries: the first dance performed live by the voice that recorded it, or an intimate acoustic set at dinner
- Brand launches and corporate galas: a name whose following matches your audience, with filming and usage agreed in advance
- Yachts, villas and destination events: singers placed aboard superyachts and in Alpine chalets, with travel and technical riders handled
Matched to the Setting
We work closely with each client to match the right performer to the setting, the theme and the audience. From soulful vocalists to headline pop stars and legendary voices, every booking is shaped around your brief. No two performances are the same, and no detail is overlooked: from rider to rehearsal, every aspect is managed to your standards. Where the evening calls for a fuller sound, we also arrange famous bands and celebrity DJs.
Discretion Meets Star Quality
Discretion is not a courtesy; it is a commitment. When you book a famous singer through us, confidentiality runs from travel to stage entrance. Whether you are hosting royalty, global executives or a private family celebration, the singers we arrange understand presence without pretence. One senior director handles the approach, the fee negotiation, the contract, the rider and the night itself.
What a Singer Costs
The fee moves with the singer’s current profile, the length of the set, the location and whether any filming or usage is attached. A short private set with no media sits at the lower end; a headline performance at a brand event with a year of content usage sits far higher. Travel, accommodation and production are itemised separately. Our celebrity hire price guide publishes the working ranges by category, and our guide to booking a celebrity singer covers timings and what to confirm before contracts are signed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to hire a celebrity singer?
Hiring a celebrity singer through us starts from £20,000. Private and corporate performances start from £20,000, and global chart names command more. The fee depends on the singer’s profile, the set length, the location and any filming or usage attached, and travel and production are itemised separately.
Can I book a celebrity singer for a private party?
Yes. Birthdays, anniversaries, weddings and private celebrations across the UK and Europe are a regular part of what we arrange, subject to availability and the right fit for the room.
How do I book a celebrity singer?
Contact us with the date, the venue and the sound you want. We come back with singers who are genuinely available, make the approach and negotiate the fee, then manage the contract, the rider, the travel and the performance itself.
Can I request a specific genre or style?
Yes. We arrange vocalists across every genre and match the right artist to your vision, from soul and jazz to pop, rock and classical crossover.
Can a singer perform our first dance at a wedding?
Yes. A first dance sung live by the artist who recorded it is one of the most requested moments we arrange, and it is planned with the venue and the band or DJ so the timing is exact.
Is it possible to hire a singer in the UK and Europe?
Yes. We arrange performances across the UK and Europe as standard, including London, country estates, villas and yachts, and further afield by arrangement.
Will the singer engage with guests?
That can be arranged depending on the artist and your preference, from an ambient performance to a private meet and greet after the set.
What does the artist’s rider usually include?
Riders typically cover technical needs, hospitality and logistics. We coordinate everything with your venue or production partner.
Are travel and accommodation included in the booking cost?
These are usually additional and are itemised clearly as part of your quote, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
How far in advance should I confirm a booking?
Three to six months gives the widest choice, and summer weekends and December dates are settled early. Shorter notice is often possible where availability allows.
