How far in advance do I need to book?
Three to six months is the comfortable window, because broadcast diaries and restaurant service are set months ahead. Shorter notice is often possible, but the choice of names narrows sharply, and autumn and December are the hardest periods of all.
Can I film the appearance or use it in my marketing?
Yes, with the usage agreed in advance. Filming, photography and the use of a chef’s name or likeness are licensed separately from the appearance, normally by territory, channel and duration. We settle all of it before contracts are signed so nothing is disputed afterwards.
